Washington, DC, USA: Government Printing Office, 1881. First edition, ex-library. Hardcover. Good/No Dust Jacket. The book is ex-library of the Pennsylvania Railroad General Office Library. It has a tipped in auto signed signature of the Commissioner of Railroads. There are two 2cm tears behind the tipped in paper. There is a Pennsylvania Railroad bookplate sticker on front end page and the spine has a 1 cm hole.
