London: Chatto & Windus, 1923. Book. Fair. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. NB: No dustjacket. Yellow cloth with title on publishers paper label on spine. Condition: Fair to good, covers have general light shelfwear and light soiling, with sunning to spine, including title label. Binding sound. Browning to endpapers with light foxing and browning to edges of textblock. The book came by descent through the Huxley family and the front endpaper bears the name G Huxley (Gervas Huxley, cousin to Aldous Huxley). A spare title label is gently fixed by one corner to the last page of text. 328pp. .
