Very Good. pp.292 no date clean tight copy black leather covers shows 3/4" tear to top front spine hinge, and to lower front 1 1/2" tear up hinge, top back hinge 1" tear down, 2" lower back spine hinge, but covers still nicely attached, bumping to corners and top/bottom spines with rubbing to all extremites, gold gilt edges, inside front cover 1 1/2" tear down from top in gutter, same to back top gutter 2 1/2" tear but covers still nicely attached Size: 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall
