Fine. 4to., vii(1)128(2)pp; v(1)60pp; lxiii-lxv(1)63-115(1)pp; cxxi-cxxiv, 125-205(1); v(1)48pp; xlix,49-94pp; xcv-xcvii(1)98-187pp. plus one page of ads. Beautiful First Edition rebound in the 20th century in quarter calf with marbled paper-covered boards. Titles in gilt upon brown leather spine label. Decorations stamped in gilt in spine compartments. Marbled page edges. Small pressure stamp of the Colgate University Library on the title page and very faint stamp on outer page edges. Letters II-IV and V-VII have separate title pages with dates of 1773 and 1774 respectively. Square, tight and clean throughout. Remarkably well-preserved. A gorgeous collectable copy.
