Ambridge: gift inscription signed by Harry Oakes (1st Dan Archer), Gwen Berryman (Doris), Norman Painting (Philip) and Anne Cullen (Carole Grey) on front endpaper, top edge of dustjacket is creased with chips and minor loss at the top of the spine, 224 pages. Intervene: published by Heinemann in 1956, no inscriptions, endpapers and foldovers foxed, dustjacket creased and chipped at the edges, 216 pages ; Signed by Collection of Signatures .
