Illustrated with nearly three hundred photographs and a number of floor plans. Maps. Inscribed to individuals by the author and signed, "John Linley, Dec. 2, 1972". Dust jacket protected in a new mylar sleeve, not price clipped. Dust jacket has slight yellowing along edges and a 1/8" chip top of the spine. Many superb examples of Antebellum, Federal, Greek Revival, Victorian, and post-Victorian architecture located in Milledgeville, Baldwin County, and Hancock, Jasper, johnson, Putnam, Washington, and Wilkinson Counties. Book is solid, tight, square, no marks. A scarce copy inscribed by the author. First edition.
