ND c.1850. Cymdaithas y Traethodau, London. ND. c.1850. Full red calf, gilt to spine. 9x14.5cm. Lettering to spine, which is a little sunned: AMRYW. Two volumes in one. Illustrations. English Translation of Welsh title: Customs and Rituals of the Jews and other nations mentioned in the Bible. Name of previous owner, in beautiful script, to front endpaper. Extensive handwritten notes in Welsh to blank pages to front and rear. A lovely little book.
