As a tatter of 30 plus years this book of instructions has been an excellent sorce of reference and patterns. It has a wonderful selection of easy, intermediate, and challenging patterns. It includes good diagrams and instructions and an excellent variety of patterns - everything from small motifs to collars. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn to tat. Not only does it illustrate right hand tatting but it illustrates left hand tatting.
