About This Item
Cincinnati: Cranston and Curts, n.y.. Hardcover. Small 8vo. Grey cloth with black lettering and rules. 528pp. Very good. Quite mild binding edgewear; text block lightly age toned. A tight and attractive copy of what the front board titles "An Itinerant Ohio Pioneer" to describe the memoir of this Methodist minister (1776-1859). Although preface is dated 1857, the binding style and paper suggest a later, post-Civil War vintage, perhaps 1870s.
