New York: Thomas Y. Crowell Company, (1937)., (1937).. Very good.. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATOR AIME GERBER - Octavo, red cloth titled in gilt. The corners are slightly rubbed & the spine is a bit darkened. ix & 325 pages. Illustrated with a black-and white portrait frontispiece & full-page photographic illustrations. The front edges of a very few pages are chipped where they have been roughly opened. Very good.
Second printing.
Inscribed and signed on the front endpaper by Aime Gerber, Paymaster of the Metropolitan Opera Association: "To Mrs. Grace L. H. Brossean, with sincere esteem, /Aime Gerber / April 3rd, 1944."
