New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1931. Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good. Boards in red cloth, lettered in brown and black. Head of spine shows some wear. Previous owner's bookplate on front pastedown, else interior clean. Illustrated with frontispiece and three plates showing movie stills. Dust jacket chipped at foot of spine; shallow chipping at head of spine; closed tear to top edge of front panel; light penciling on front flap; in an archival mylar sleeve. 378 pages. Photoplay edition of Booth Tarkington's Bad Sister (1913). This 1931 film adaptation featured the Hollywood debuts of both Bette Davis and Sidney Fox (seen in the stills). The cast also starred Humphrey Bogart, Conrad Nagel, and ZaSu Pitts.
