The Bakery is a very popular restaurant in Chicago due to the work of the Hungarian owner- Chef Louis. This book of superlative recipes is for the entire set of recipes at The Bakery. This book is the author's approach to classical cooking and many recipes contain "footnotes" which are noted as Chef's Secrets. They are like having him in the kitchen with you. A clean very presentable copy.
