New York: Beadle & Adams, 1879. Paperback. Good +. 15, [1] p.: 1 hand-colored woodcut by Nathaniel Orr; 29 cm. Wrapper included in pagination. Some pages not opened. Woodcut title at head of first page. Contains lyrics to 43 songs, without music. These include many popular songs of the time, such as The Flying Trapeze, as well as some older songs. Final 4 pages, including back wrapper, lists contents of nos. 1-38 of Beadle's Half-Dime Singer's Library. Beadle's Half-Dime Singer's Library appeared approximately weekly from 18 May 1878 and 29 March 1879, ending with No. 43. In later reprints the illustration was left uncolored. Scarce. In Good+ Condition: first leaf partially detached; faint dampstaining along edges; corner at head of gutter trimmed without loss of text; clean and bright.
