New York: Macmillan, 1967. First Edition in English. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Bound in grey cloth with burgandy lettering to front board and to spine. Illustrated throughout in black and white and with hand-tipped colour plates [all present]. Folding chart to rear. Dustjacket is clipped, with some light wear to outer extremities and long closed tears to upper edge of rear panel at spine and to lower edge of front panel at spine and at outer corner along flap foldover. Also a short closed tear to the lower edge of the rear panel. at spine.
