Each page of text illustrated with a b&w photograph delineating some aspect of the flood. A paper informing readers how they can help with relief efforts is loosely inserted. In original white card wrappers with red lettering and white cerlox spine. Fold mark on upper corner of spine, covers slightly soiled o/w pristine copy of an usual and scarce imprint..
