Reader reviews for Binary Junction Transistors - From Scratch (From Scratch Series)

From the publisher

As with all his "From Scratch" books, the author assumes that the reader has no prior knowledge of the book's subject, which here is binary junction transistors or BJTs. As always, he starts with a few basic ideas and builds on them until he is ready to apply his knowledge to an actual application, a BJT-based high-fidelity amplifier. Along the way, he confirms the theory using online SPICE software simulation and, when satisfied, tests the actual circuit by breadboarding it. While the book deals with BJTs, it provides a foundation for further exploration of semiconductor electronics.
