About This Item

London: Gollancz, 1956. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Good/Poor. First Printing of the UK edition. A reasonable copy - edges a bit darkened but the block is reasonably fresh, no owner names etc. A touch of sunning to the backstrip near crown where the dustjacket is chipped. The dustjacket flaps are intact - that's the good news. Otherwise, badly chipped despite numerous sellotape reinforcements on the inside. Very badly chipped and in poor condition overall.
