Boston and New York: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1916. Later printing. Hardcover book complete in its original pictorial dust jacket. 20 cm. 69 pp. Contains black-and-white illustrations. In 1917, the story was adapted as the silent movie "A Bit o' Heaven" starring Mary Louise as Carol, Donald Watson and Ella Gilbert as Mr. and Mrs. Bird and Mary Talbot as Mrs. Ruggles. In very good condition. No ownership marks/writing present within. Hinges tight. Spotting/soiling/staining to the end pages and to some of the interior pages. Heavy chipping/soiling/staining to the dust jacket. Scarce in jacket.
