London: R. H. Porter, 1891. First Edition . Cloth - Hard Cover. Good+/No Jacket. J. G. Keulemans. 385 pages, plus folding maps, plus ads, plus six plates after Keulemans. Cloth covers are a little rubbed on edges. Gilt stamped lettering on covers remains bright. Top hinge is cracked, though volume remains very tight. Page 385 (last page of popular names), is tipped to the two leaf list of subscribers and has not been previously bound, though is laid in place at rear. Attractive and solid copy, with beautiful plates.
