The covers are very tight and straight; the green cloth is marked. and worn. Lightly tanned end papers; name and address sticker on front free end paper; name on front paste down. Gilt top cut edge; the fore and tail edges are slightly tanned; the fore edge is deckled. Very good text block, tightly bound and square, without any tanning or foxing. With W.S. Gilbert's drawings throughout. No jacket.
