NY: Philip Kappel, 1924. First Edition. . Hardcover. Near Fine. Small (5" x 8") hardback. One page of text and seven black and white pencil sketches of Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Tipped in is a smaller page "Discovery and Appreciation" of Philip Kappel by Philip Little. Briefly inscribed, in pencil, the artist's preferred medium (To: Mr. Lester Douglas with the most cordial regards), SIGNED and dated (April 1, 1925) by Kappel. Near fine condition, with no significant flaws. This slim volume is quite scarce, with none available on line. (box 166)
