New York: Modern Library Edition, 1950. Modern Library Edition. Hardcover. Fair/Poor. In grey cloth with green title panel and gilt to type. Top page ends tinted green, but now faded to yellow. Front corners rubbed through cloth in spots and rounded along with bottom rear corner. Crease to rear board. Wear to spine ends and a few spots to page ends. Split to front hinge at title page, but bottom third or more holding. Clean text block. Jacket is unclipped ($1.95) with significant chipping, tears and scuffing. 408 Books listed on inside of jacket. Modern Library #151.
