About This Item
New York: The Century Co, 1920. Pictorial boards. Near Fine/Near Fine. Palmer Cox. A crisp, lovely copy of the stated 31st printing, circa 1920s, well after the 1887 1st edition. Still though, to be this clean and to boast such a bright, well-preserved dustjacket from roughly 100 years ago is uncommon indeed. Tight and Near Fine in its laminate, pictorial boards (light offsetting at the endpapers) in a remarkably crisp, Near Fine dustjacket, with just the slightest touch of mild chipping along the top-edges. Quarto, wonderfully illustrated throughout by Palmer Cox.
