INSCRIBED by Cotter ("To Right Rev. Charles Clingman. Joseph S Cotter, Sr."). The original first edition was published in Louisville in 1903 by Bradley & Gilbert. The inscribee served as the Episcopal Church's 4th Bishop of Kentucky (1936-1954).
