About This Item
Grosset & Dunlap, 1898. Hardcover. Good. Hardback. No dust jacket. Greyish/blueish/greenish cloth covered boards, with red design and titles. Very soiled and discolored. Spine cloth is very age-toned/sunned with title and author barely legible. Previous owner name and other scribbles on FFE. Numerals in pencil on upper corner of rear paste-down. Sewn binding securing pages quite well. No twist or cocking. Darkened text block. Light age-toning to pages, which isn't too bad for a 125 year old book! If there was a tissue guard between frontispiece and title page, it is no longer present. Book is quite readable! 378 pages.
