About This Item
New York: Doubleday, Doran & Company, 1935. Pictorial cover. Good +. CE Millard. INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR MONICA SHANNON on the title page. A presentable copy to boot of this 1935 reprint. Solid and Good+ in its pictorial orange cloth, with spotting at the panels and very light cocking to the binding. A series of names (or an inscription) has been crossed out in magic marker on the front free endpaper as well. Very interesting black-and-white illustrations throughout by CE Millard nicely complementing Monica Shannon's text.
