241 p.; ill. (frontispiece). Vintage red hardcover with black lettering to cover and spine, shows moderate wear, including but not limited to edgewear, dampstains, sunning, mild bumping, and some discolouration of foredges. Previous owner's inscription (dated 1945) and ink mark to ffep, hinges cracked but holding, and pages aged as expected. One leaf has a 2 inch closed tear, pp. 208-213 have light stain to top corner, and there may be other minor stains throughout, but in general the pages remain incredibly clean, clear, and tightly bound.
