L. Dillard, and "Land Reform in Puerto Rico, 1940-1959, Part One" by Matthew Edel. This journal issue also contains "The Alfred Nemours Collection of Haitian History: A Catalogue" edited by Jane Toth and William A. Trembley as well as a few book reviews, a notes section on institutions and persons, and current bibliography of books and periodicals.
