Providing a humorous and colourful picture of the Hanoverian monarchs and their subjects at all levels of society. Collated, complete containing vignettes and monochromatic plates compiled by Wright 'from Squibs, Broadsides, Window Pictures, Lampoons, and Pictorial Caricatures of the Time'. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with gilt illustrations to the front board and spine. In publisher's bright original cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Slightly bumped to head and tail of spine. Lightly rubbed to extremities. Front hinge strained. Internally, generally firmly bound, tender in places. Pages very bright and clean throughout. Good
