About This Item
London, United Kingdom: Century, 1984. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1st UK edition 1st impression of this key title. Notable imperfections: Unclipped dustjacket has a tiny nick to 1 corner and a tiny edge tear near the head of the spine that is invisible externally. The book has the typical age toning to the text block and has considerable spotting to the front of the compressed page edges and is dusty to the top edge. This spotting only intrudes into the page edges by 0.10 mm. There are a few marks to mostly the rear endpapers near the hinge, a faint shadowing on the back board (possible fingerprint/s). A quite pleasing copy of a scarce 1st edition that retains strong colours to the jacket. Jacket has been placed in a new protective sleeve after photos. Please ask questions if you would like to clarify condition. .
