Cloth, 8vo, 23 cm,. viii, 294 pp. From the preface: "The present volume represents the second edition of a work published by the Trustees of the British Museum in 192!, the Short-title Catalogue of Books printed in Spain and of Spanish Books printed elsewhere it, Europe before 1601 now in the British Museum. As is made clear in the Introduction that follows, this new edition is very considerably revised and expanded, and for the first time includes comprehensive indexes of printers, booksellers and towns both within and outside Spain in which books in Spanish were printed up to 1600.
