" The stream being considered worthy of improvement, a survey was authorized and made under the direction of Col. Amos Stickney, Corps of Engineers. In his survey report of October 28, 1903, Colonel Stickney presents two plans for improvement, one with a view to securing a channel depth of 10 feet and the other a depth of 12 feet, at an estimated cost of $3,600 and $74, 111.75 respectively..." 7 pages, plus foldout map, 30 1/2"x16", of Catskill Creek, New York, Surveyed under the direction of Colonel Amos Stickney, Corps of Engineers USA. 1903.
