For example there is a palte and a diagram of the caves of Moet et Chandon.An agricultural engineer by training, Paul Ferrouillat was in turn tutor at the Montpellier School of Agriculture (1881-1883), professor at Grignon (1883-1887), professor of agricultural engineering at Montpellier (1887-1897), then director of the same school (1897-1919). He is also a corresponding member of the Academy of Agriculture and head of the Agricultural Information Office at the Ministry of Agriculture. He wrote several works, this being his most famous.
