Macmillan And Co, 1892. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1892. No Edition Stated. 364 pages. No dust jacket. Quarter green leather, with gilt patterned boards and gilt titles to spine, by Riviere and Son, stamp to front endpaper. Pattern endpapers. Upper block edge gilt. Pages have deckled edges. Portrait frontispiece. First few pages and frontis are water stained and warped. Otherwise, pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. A few edge tears and creases, as expected. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Slight scratches to leather and minor wear to board edges. Spine is heavily sunned. Gilt is bright.
