Richly illustrated with numerous maps, plans, and illustrations in text by Dennis and Ainsley. Complete with all folding plans and maps. The frontispiece to volume two is in colour. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally smart with some shelf wear and a slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and tot he extremities. With a minor vertical creasing to the spine of volume one. With a small bookseller sticker to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. With a minor faint scattered spotting affecting the occasional leaf, particularly to the gutters. Illustrated with numerous maps, plans, and illustrations in text by Dennis and Ainsley. Complete with all folding plans and maps. Good
