Church, A. B. Frost, W. A. Rogers, others.- 180pp + 4pp ads, all clean, no tears or writing- 8vo - over 7 3/4 " - 9 3/4 " tall. 180 pp. B/w ills. Cover has beveled edges, stamped design of city and country scenes in black and gilt.
