First Edition, 1915, Comprehensive and heavily illustrated book about the Panama Pacific International Exposition, A walk with an architect through the courts and palaces of the PPIE, study of buildings, murals, color and lighting. 142 pages including index, frontispiece, many illustrations. 4 pages of book advertisements. Book is near Fine, publisher's1/4 bound, white linen spine with perfect title label, over light brown boards with bright gilt to front board, two corners show a tiny bit of wear, previous owner name in ink on front paste down, toning rear end papers, Jacket is Very Good, corner wear, small chips to heel and heel of spine, bottom edge rear panel shows 1/8 loss on front, some other small areas of loss. still looks sharp in new mylar sleeve. A very nice First Edition.
