London: Methuen & Co, 1928. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Blue cloth with stamped lettering to the front board and gilt lettering to the spine. With 370 illustrations and 2 maps. Book is slightly cocked, and there is some light wear to the cloth at the outer extremities of the baords and the spine. Front hinge is cracked but the binding is sound.
