This is a FIRST PRINTING, inscribed to Katherine Cramer Angell, co-founder, president and Chairwoman of the CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA. A VERY GOOD to Near Fine Copy. Inscribed on front endpaper in 1959 so Donon refers to Angell as Mrs.James R. Angell. .
