Leipzig: Bernhard Tauchnitz , 1864. Volumes 709 and 710 of the "Collection of British Authors." Half burgundy leather and marbled paper over boards. Raised spine bands. Edges are worn, and leather over spine is a little chipped and worn. Light foxing, mostly at end pages. Volumes remain tight and fairly attractive.. Half Leather - Hardbound. Good/No Jacket. 12mo.

Fine bindings, plate books, signed and inscribed items are an important part of my collections. Smaller, though intriguing collections of other genre are also a part of my holdings.
