Quarter calfskin morocco boards with gold writing on spine; Book and special dust jacket (no text on inside flaps other than book title) are in Fine condition. Book has overall tight binding and pages still look in excellent condition; shrink-wrap removed to verify signature, but book never read.
Dennis McMillan Publications First Edition, First Printing as indicated by "FIRST EDITION Published April 2005" on copyright page. Author's signature and lettered "MMM" (#89 of 156) on special tipped in page by publisher. Tipped in page also states that boards are quarter calfskin morocco and author signed and lettered 156 copies.
