Jackson, M.D. with forward dated May 6, 1922. 262 pages. Photos. Crease on front flyleaf and forward page with 1/4" tear. Gold stamped titles on blue cloth boards which has dampness spots & rubs, especially on spine. Book is clean, tight, and straight. A rare original book which has recently been copied to electronic and print-on-demand formats.
