With an introduction by Bruce Catton, and a running commentary by Don Congdon. --- In tan paper-covered boards, titling stamped in navy on spine. --- First page has been torn out and leaves are starting to yellow, but otherwise a firm, unmarked copy. Jacket with considerable rubbing and in removable archival mylar protector. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; x, 564 pages .
