About This Item
London: George Rutledge Book. Illus. by Leech, John. Fair. Hardcover. Lacks the spine covering and the rear board; front board detached; opens to the contents page thus lacking the front endpapers through the title page. Research indicates illustrations (full page color as well as black and white text illustrations) are by John Leech; probably published by Rutledge. Although the exterior is pretty much missing, the text and illustrations are in generally very good condition for a 19th century publication..
