About the author

Dr. Sergio S. Ribeiro is an assistant professor of business administration at Briercrest College and Seminary. He holds a PhD in Urban Management, with an emphasis on the evidence-based decision process in strategic digital city. His master's degree is in computer science with a specialization in computer vision, data mining, and artificial intelligence. Graduated in business administration and information technology, he has a postgraduate certificate in education. Also, he worked more than 20 years in the industry developing software solutions as well as acting in business process automation.
