All edges gilt. Interior published on rich papers and with vivid red silk moire endpapers and matching satin ribbon bookmark sewn in. --- Illustrations by Kenneth Francis Dewey. With a small whitish spot on the back cover, else a bright, crisp, clean, unmarked copy; issued as part of Franklin's Pulitzer Prize-winners series. ; Octavo - 8 to 9 in. tall; 441 pages .
