London: Kegan Paul, Trench, Trubner & Co. , 1936. 318pp. Light blue cloth with gilt lettering. Translated from the German by Herbert S. Jackson. Pages are clean (no highlighting, underlining, or other markings) but beginning to yellow with age. Conversations With Children describes "the child's world, the children's metaphysics, their dreams, their orientation in time, their categories of reality, and their magical thinking" from field observations, one of the first systematic applications of this method. Binding is cracked but not broken. Minor denting to board edges; head/heal of spine are slightly bumped. Endpapers have ex-libris stamped in black ink (rear endpaper also has small address sticker of book importer). Loose FFL has previous owners initials. DJ is sunned (especially the spine) with some soiling on front/spine. DJ has edgewear near flaps (minor chipping, bumping, rubbing of corners). Head of spine has several large tears and is missing a few pieces. Looks nice in protective covering. Nice copy of this rare book. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good -. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Mylared.

After that, $.50 for each additional book. Priority mail is based on size and weight of book. Cost starts at 10.00 but will be adjusted for smaller books that fit into Priority Mail boxes and envelopes. Oversized and/or heavy books may cost more. UPS/RPS or Fedex available at additional cost upon request. All shipments to Mexico or Canada over four (4) pounds is subject to rate increase. Returns will be accepted on a limited basis. If any item arrives and is not in the condition described on Biblio, or is not the edition listed on the website, we will refund both the item and shipping both ways - upon receipt of the return package. Otherwise, our used book sales are final.
