About This Item

Australia 001 Bateson, Charles. The convict ships, 1787-1868. Glasgow: Brown, Son & Ferguson, 1959, 355p, appendix, index, illus. Very nice copy of the book. The dust is very good too but has some rumpling to heel of spine, wear around edges, and a small darkened spot and small tear on the front cover panel. First edition, so stated. Interesting book. 52.50
