About the author

Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough have collectively authored more than 20 cookbooks, including The Ultimate Ice Cream Book and Real Food Has Curves. Weinstein and Scarbrough have also been on a bevy of national shows including, Today Show, Weekend Today, The View, Fox and Friends, and CBS Early Show (as Chef on a Shoestring). They currently live and work in New York City.
