North Hollywood: Republic Pictures, 1937. Four vintage studio still photographs from the 1937 film, here under the working title "It Might Happen to You," three of Elsa Janssen and Christian Rub. Mimeo snipes on the verso.

Max Barrett (), known to everyone as "Pa," owns a candy store in New York East side neighborhood of immigrants and raises two boys, Fred (), an aspiring lawyer, and orphan Bob Ames (), who begins dabbling in a life of crime.

Screenplay written by author Nathanael West and black-listed screenwriter Samuel Ornitz.

Set in New York City.

8 x 10 inches. One Near Fine with light edge wear, One Very Good plus with chip in lower right corner and small closed tear in left margin, Two, Good, each with large chip in right corner.
